Starting from scratch—and on a Windows platform—we designed a robust, dependable software system that’s designed to keep pace with you as you grow. Because our software development wasn’t encumbered by original DOS or mainframe code, we were able to create intuitive, easy-to-use debt collection software that could quickly be mastered by all of your employees, without complex keystrokes to remember and with very little training required. We also designed the collections software to be flexible and easily configured by you for the way you do business, instead of forcing you to use preferences and fields that apply to other companies.

In short, we designed collection software that could be used by all bill collectors, and that could be adapted to virtually any business model. User Friendly

We understand it is a considered a daunting task to change debt collection software. However, the benefits of AdvantEdge will quickly lead to higher productivity, greater efficiency and accordingly higher profitability. Your collectors will be able to use AdvantEdge® and be productive within the first hour of seeing the work card. This alleviates precious downtime when switching to a new debt collection software. AdvantEdge is the most user friendly software in the industry.

Functionality

Perhaps the greatest benefit of AdvantEdge software is the report writer or what we call the “Status Manager”. This utility allows your collection managers or other personnel to create custom query campaigns without the need for any IT intervention. It’s ease of use through drop down menus and fill in range boxes allows you to drill down to any “area of hurt.” There is an unlimited combination of search criteria. Any one can do it! Once the result set is found you can then manipulate the accounts en masse.

Platform / Reporting

AdvantEdge runs on Microsoft’s MS Sequel Server, R2 2008. This is an open database that you can access. We will give you the source code, to reports and procedures, so that you are able create your own reports and/or implement your own specific business practices and rules. This can greatly limit many of the custom programming costs you will incur with other vendors. Also, we allow you the option of hosting the system on your own servers or we can host them on our servers. If we host the system, we provide the backup, redundancy, disaster recovery, etc. You also have the option of accessing the system through the cloud if so desired.

    Categories—Out of the box, AdvantEdge software contains seven hierarchy grouping categories—client, product, desk, section, status, branch and phase. Then there is an eighth category called assist. These categories really aid in driving your work flow and managing your inventory. No other revenue cycle management software system has that many organizational groupings.

    Custom Fields—Another revolution in the collection software industry are our custom fields. All the custom fields are user defined and can be queried. The primary purpose for custom fields is to provide instant information for the collector to overcome debtor objections and collect the debt owed. You can store document imaging as well as right party contact calls and internet site connections at the account level.

    Hot Notes—This is another area that sets AdvantEdge software apart from other accounts receivable management collection software systems in the industry. Hot Notes are on the work card main screen. This is an area where important information, particular to the account, can be viewed. These notes complement the custom fields. The notes can be entered manually or systemically with logic. Each note can be a different color. Notes can be alerted to different internal departments such as; bookkeeping, legal, manager’s, etc.

Import / Export Wizard

Usually one of the greatest concerns when companies are considering a debt software system change is maintaining the integrity of their data when converting. In fact, many companies decide not to switch debt software systems based on this factor alone. Luckily, at Accelerated Data Systems, our team of professionals consider data conversion to be their forte. We are experts at importing and exporting data in all formats. We have done so many conversions, across all systems and formats, chances are we are familiar with your situation. And, we do not charge additional for our import/export Wizard module rather it comes included with AdvantEdge software out-of-the-box.
